Jacob Coon : Snare Staff
Jacob Coon is a Chicago-land native that thrives as a dedicated percussion educator. As of June, 2018, Mr. Coon is the Director of Percussion at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, Indiana. The school will be attending 2 BOA regionals, along with WGI regionals and finals for the percussion ensemble.
Mr. Coon was the founding director of Minooka High School Indoor Percussion in 2011, with the group achieving WGI Scholastic A Finalist positions from 2016-2018. The Minooka indoor program is a culmination of the personal skill set and diverse pedagogical applications of Mr. Coon. Striving for differentiation and inclusiveness, the culture of the indoor program places the emphasis on respect for each musical voice contribution, hard work, and proper personal communication.
Jacob has a lovely wife, Vanessa, and a lovely little calico cat, Olive. He also enjoys cinema, classic and current video gaming, as well as fondly remembering when he was capable of playing sports.

Alex Pribie : Snare Staff
Alex is currently in New Home Sales with M/I Homes out of Indianapolis, working around the Westfield, and downtown Indy area. He graduated from Ball State University in May of 2018 with a Bachelors of Science degree, where he studied criminal justice, sociology, and risk management insurance. He has been a percussion educator for Franklin Community High School, Richmond, Speedway, and also served as the Battery Caption Head for the Columbus Saints DBC for the 2016 season. Alex’s marching career started off in 2013 with Cincinnati Tradition Drum and bugle corps where he performed for the 2013-2014 seasons. He also marched Legacy Indoor Percussion for the 2014-2015 seasons, Pioneer DBC in 2016, The Ball State Drum line in 2014-17, and Cap City Percussion for the 2017 and 2018 seasons, being the center snare and ensemble leader for the 2018 season. Alex also currently performs with the Indianapolis Colts Drum line. Alex enjoys helping people become better at whatever they put their minds too, and is excited to help this group grow and flourish in their inaugural season.
Tim Henderson : Snare Staff
Tim Henderson is a percussionist from the Indianapolis area. He began his marching career in high school as a student at Greenfield Central. After high school Tim marched as a member of the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps during the 2012 season. From there he went on to march with the Phantom Regiment as a snare drummer from 2013-16. During the winter seasons, Tim was a member of Legacy Indoor Percussion (2013-17). As an educator, Tim has worked with various schools across the Indianapolis area including Fishers, Ben Davis, Lawrence Township, and New Palestine. He currently works with Lawrence Township as a battery specialist and holds the Director of Percussion position at New Palestine. In the Independent scene, Tim worked with Legacy Indoor Percussion as a snare tech for the 2018 season and is excited to see what working with 317 Performing Arts as a snare tech will bring. In the Spring of 2018, Tim graduated from Ball State where he studied music under Braham Dembar. He currently lives in Greenfield, IN.
Zach Hewitt : Snare Staff
Originally from Upstate New York, Zach Hewitt lives in the Indianapolis area. His marching career started in New York with a small DCA Corps in 2014 on snare, moved onto Pioneer DBC (15, 17) and wrapping it all up with Legacy’s World Percussion Ensemble in 2018. Zach has taught at Albany HS (‘17) Martinsville Highschool Indoor Percussion (‘18) and was the snare tech at Pioneer (‘18.) Currently instructing at Northview Highschool and Butler University, Zach’s deeply passionate about drumming as a whole, and is excited to spend the winter at 317 Performing Arts.
