Operations Team
Summary:
317 Performing Arts is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Operations Team members to support the day-to-day function of the ensemble throughout the competitive season. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for all performances, rehearsals, and events. Operations Team members work closely with ensemble leadership, instructional staff, and performers to maintain a safe, organized, and professional environment throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Executive Team & Assistant Director to coordinate and plan rehearsal facility logistics.
Assist with rehearsal setup and teardown
Communicate logistical details clearly and effectively with all Veritas staff and membership.
Work alongside the Director of Operations to coordinate transportation logistics, including truck pickup and driver scheduling as needed for rehearsal weekends and performances.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with any facilities used by 317 Performing Arts.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance of ensemble equipment
Assist with performance-day logistics and planning
Support transportation logistics and equipment flow at events
Serve as an additional layer of communication and support during events
Assist with administrative or logistical tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google platforms (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms), and scheduling software is a plus.
Flexibility to attend some rehearsals and shows
