Jeremy Otoo : Audio Engineer

Jeremy Otoo, originally from Colorado Springs Colorado, spent his high school years in South Brunswick, New Jersey before moving to Indiana to attend college at Purdue University. His marching career includes four years on the Purdue Drumline, two seasons at Legacy Indoor Percussion in 2017 and 2018, and one season at the Colts in 2017 before aging out at Veritas in 2019. Jeremy has taught at many levels and schools in the marching arts, most recently at Veritas and Brownsburg High School.

While his marching experience was primarily on bass drum, Jeremy is also experienced in graphic design and audio engineering/sound design for the performing arts. His audio engineering interest started in 2016 when he designed the soundscape and sound system for the Purdue “All-American” Marching Band Halloween halftime show, and then continued in 2019 when he spent the summer on tour with the Madison Scouts as their audio engineer. 

Jeremy is currently an audio engineer and sound designer for many schools in the Indianapolis area as well as an audio engineer at the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps.


Aidan Cangany - Audio Intern

Aidan Cangany is a multi-instrumentalist and music educator from Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education in 2023, studying trombone and drum set. Aidan’s marching experience includes the North Central Marching Panthers (2015-2018) and Veritas (2024). He currently teaches elementary music at Sunnyside Elementary School in Lawrence Township.

During his season at Veritas, Aidan played bass guitar and synth for part of the season. Because of this experience, Aidan is excited to come back as an audio intern to learn even more about electronics and the world of marching audio!
