Mike Kehoe : Chief Executive Officer

Since graduating from Ball State University in 2018 with a degree in Music Education, Mike has been an active percussion educator, arranger, and clinician in the Indianapolis area. He had the pleasure of working with the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps from 2020-2023, serving as the Battery Co-Manager for the 2023 summer. Mike has worked with several high school and collegiate programs in the area, most recently including Brownsburg High School, Fishers High School, and Butler University.

Mike spent his performance career with the Spirit of Atlanta Drum & Bugle Corps and Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps. He also spent six years in the independent WGI circuit performing with multiple ensembles, with his last season being at Veritas as the ensemble & battery section leader for their inaugural year in 2019.

Mike has served as the Program Director for Veritas since the Fall of 2023; since then, Veritas attained their first WGI PIO Finals appearance in 2024 and their first WGI gold medal in 2025. He has been involved with the organization since its inception, and cannot wait to begin the 2026 season with this incredible team of administrators, designers, and educators! He is proud to be endorsed by Innovative Percussion.


Kyle summitt : Chief Financial Officer

Kyle is the proud owner of Northside ECS, located in Indianapolis, IN. He graduated in 2020 from Indiana State University with a degree in Music Business and Administration. With a deep passion for both music and entrepreneurship, Kyle has honed his skills over the years, bringing a unique blend of creativity and management expertise to his ventures.

With 8 years of combined experience operating Northside ECS and 317 Performing Arts, Kyle is committed to creating impactful experiences for the community while fostering growth and innovation in the arts industry. His dedication to excellence and service drives both his businesses to continually evolve and thrive.

When he's not managing multiple ventures, Kyle enjoys playing video games and exploring new hobbies.


Sage Peglow : Chief Officer of Operations

Sage Peglow is an Indy native who provides casting and production support to local, regional, and international film projects. Story telling has always been a passion of Sage's, and she strives to provide a creative environment that is inclusive, proactive, respectful, and exciting. 

She started her performing arts career at Pike High School where she marched her fall seasons on trumpet and her winter seasons on cymbals. She also led the Marching Hundred Cymbal Line during her four years attending Indiana University. Sage graduated from IU in 2019 with a BA in Cinema Studies and Production with 3 minors in international cinema, media psychology, and media persuasion. 

Sage started her Independent World Class career with Legacy Indoor Percussion (2016-2018) and aged out with Veritas' inaugural show "Monster" in 2019. In addition to teaching the Veritas Cymbal Line, she has also taught fall and winter cymbal lines at Plainfield High School, Lawrence North High School, and Warren Central High school. “At Veritas, we're interested in cultivating great people, not just great musical performers. Let's have a fantastic season!”

Sam Gibson : Admin

Sam Gibson, from Cincinnati OH, is a first year staff member for 317 Performing Arts. Sam attended Hamilton High School in Hamilton OH where he spent 3 years marching in their fall and winter drumlines. While in school, Sam marched his first year of independent drum corps with Cincinnati Tradition on snare for the 2019 DCA season and continued after graduating through the 2021 season serving as snare section leader and co-battery section leader. Sam also spent a year with the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Bands playing snare while attending school there pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Information Technology. He spent his winters marching with Triple Crown Percussion in Lexington KY from 2021 to 2022, finishing 2022 as a WGI PIO finalist. In 2023, Sam spent his first independent world season on snare with Veritas and continued on until his ageout in 2024, finishing the with the ensemble’s first finals appearance in PIO. Sam is happy to be back with Veritas and excited to give back to such a great ensemble and spend more time in the Indianapolis percussion scene.


Ben Gross : Admin

Ben is a proud Indy transplant & Butler University alum with a passion for the arts. He grew up (drumming and occasionally annoying his neighbors) in Grand Haven, Michigan. 

An amateur musician since his early years, Ben has been involved with the marching arts since 2012, performing scholastically for 5+ years and independently with Legacy Indoor Percussion ‘17 & ‘18, as well as with Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps ‘19. Over the years, Ben has also been a marching percussion educator at various school districts throughout the midwest.

Ben currently lives in Indianapolis working with Indiana University School of Medicine in neurological clinical research. As a 317 alum, he’s thrilled to be home helping Veritas in providing high-quality member experiences and fostering excellent musicians throughout the 2026 season.


Madison Smith : Merchandise & Data Management

Madison is from Zionsville, IN and currently lives in Indianapolis. She performed with Veritas during the 2019 and 2020 seasons as part of the visual ensemble and cymbal line. She continued her time in the activity as a cymbal educator for Fishers High School from 2023-2025.

Madison is excited to give back to the organization that sparked her desire to pursue the independent marching arts after high school, and to hopefully be a part of that spark for other young performers.
