Zach Brumfield : Snare Staff

Zach Brumfield is a percussionist, percussion arranger, and marching arts performer/educator from Noblesville, IN. He is currently on the percussion staff with Carmel High School in Carmel, IN, and Music City Drum Corps out of Nashville, TN. Zach is also a freelance educator/arranger and has offered his services to many students and programs around the country.

Zach has been fortunate to take part in numerous musical opportunities, including performing twice with the Indiana All State Percussion Ensemble and taking three first place snare drum solos to PASIC, as well as finishing second in the 2021 DCI Snare Drum I&E competition. Zach has also spent multiple seasons as a DCI/WGI performer, most recently with the 2022 Fred Sanford Award recipient percussion section at the Bluecoats and perennial WGI finalist Broken City Percussion.

Ultimately, Zach hopes to use his love of music and percussion as a catalyst for success by meeting people, making connections, and sharing his passions with everyone around him!


Ian Haas : Snare Staff

Ian Haas is a percussionist and marching arts educator & performer from Fort Wayne, IN. He currently teaches with Homestead High School in Fort Wayne, IN. Ian also graduated from Ball State University last December with a Bachelor's degree in Film and Media Studies.

Ian started his WGI marching career with Veritas for their 2020 production and stayed with the program until his age-out in 2023 where he served as a section & ensemble leader. As well as WGI, Ian spent two summers with the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps from 2021 through 2022. This will be Ian’s first year on staff within the marching activity and he could not be more proud to spend it with Veritas!

Ian still resides in Fort Wayne, IN and intends to grow the pageantry arts scene within his hometown as well as the greater Indianapolis area.

Tony Cook : Snare Staff/battery specialist

Tony began his marching career at Franklin Central high school where he played snare for four years. He then went on to study music education and music composition at Ball State University. Along with school work, he was a part of the Ball State Drumline, performed with the Wind Ensemble, and numerous percussion ensembles. While studying at Ball State, Tony taught at several schools around Indiana, including Franklin Community, Muncie Central, Franklin Central, Avon, and Fishers.   In between his time studying and teaching, Tony was also a member of the Legacy snare line from their inaugural year in 2013 until his age out in 2017. He then was a director for Legacy Open in 2018. 

He is a member of the Indianapolis Colts drumline, and the Indiana Pacers drumline High Octane, and performs with them at the Indy 500 and Brickyard 400. 

Currently, Tony is teaching at Avon where he serves as battery coordinator and private lesson instructor. 


Pablo Palacios : Snare Staff

Pablo Palacios is a percussionist and percussion performer/educator hailing from Goshen, IN. He’s taught at schools in the northern Indiana area including New Prairie HS, Northridge HS, and Goshen HS.

Pablo has had the opportunity to perform with multiple ensembles throughout his marching career both in DCI and WGI including Madison Scouts, Blue Knights, Legacy, Veritas, and Broken City.
